Return Policies:

Returns must be made within 14 day after receiving the order. If you would like to return your merchandise purchased on, please follow the return instructions below.

Please be aware that preference returns incur a shipping and handling fee of $19.95 for purchases made on Preference returns are returns that are made for ANY reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise. International orders have a $50 preference return fee for purchases made on

Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

These returns Must occur within 7 days of receipt of merchandise according to the conditions listed below. Otherwise, Preference Returns rules apply.

Preference Returns will be governed by these guidelines:

1 – 7 Days       Cash Refund or Store Credit (your choice)

8 – 14 Days     Store Credit Only

15+ Days        No Refunds, Credits or Returns

Unworn – No perfumes, fragrances, stains, makeup or any such thing subject to our discretion.

New Condition – All original tags attached, NO alterations and All pieces included in return.

DO NOT Laundry, Dry Clean, Iron or Press garments to be returned. They WILL NOT be accepted if this is found to be the case.

For gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information, the same policy applies for all online purchases. In addition to the above guidelines, the following also applies:

If you would like to make your return by mail:

  • Complete the Return Form that accompanied your package, making sure you indicate the item(s) being returned and why.

  • Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include the invoice / packing slip with your return.

  • Please make sure you include a copy of the original receipt, sales slip or invoice.

  • Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include the reason for return inside the package.

  • Use the preaddressed shipping label that we provided for your convenience with your package.

  • Ship your package via US Postal Service or UPS using the preaddressed mailing label, making sure you insure your package.

  • Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt.

  • If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.


Cancelations need to be accomplished within 24 hours of the initial order to receive a refund – No exceptions.

Custom Orders not cancelled within 24 hours will forfeit deposit.


Orders will be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. Please allow ample time for receipt prior to your scheduled event. A Rush Order time of 4 weeks is available for an additional fee of $150.00

Bridal Orders are a minimum of 12 weeks. NO Rush Orders for bridal. No Exceptions.

Custom Orders:

There are No Refunds, No Returns and No Credits for custom orders. NO exceptions.

Bridal Gowns are Classified as Custom and are not eligible for refund or return.


There is NO additional time frame given for gift purchases. Preference return policies apply.


By purchasing merchandise on, you are agreeing to abide by and adhere to all the policies herein, both written and implied. Our site will be updated periodically and our policies may be subject to change without notice. In some cases, there may be slight color variations due to computer settings or fabric purchases from different dye lots. We will do our best to adhear to the colors specified for each garment. Color variation in the same color family does not constitute defective/damaged or incorrect merchandise. Terms and policies may chnge without prior notification.
